EK Health is now hiring for a goal-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic, collaborative Business Development Team. This is a great position for someone who wants to grow their sales career in Managed Care / Workers Compensation, and do so in a meaningful way. PLEASE NOTE: This position will involve travel, either locally, regionally, or nationally roughly 30% of the time.


Work specifics: Full-time exempt position, up to 30% travel required within USA.


Here's Some of What You'll Be Doing:

  • Developing a client base and maintaining potential customer relationships through sales calls, prospecting, networking, and referrals. 
  • Expanding business with new/existing clients in the Workers Compensation and Managed Care markets.
  • Assessing client needs, preparing proposals, and making winning presentations.
  • Working closely with business development, marketing, and all operations departments - you'll have a TEAM with which to collaborate!
  • Attending Workers’ Compensation conferences or other industry related meetings and functions to network and build the EK brand!

Pay & Perks:  

  • Base Salary 90-120K

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a selling role in managed care and/or workers compensation industry
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as sales psychology and buying techniques
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
