Outbound Sales Associate

  • Location: 100% Remote (work from home) 
  • Department: Customer Service and Sales
  • Pay: $19 per/hour, plus bonus potential

Primary Purpose:

An Outbound Sales Associate will handle outbound and inbound calls to set customer appointments. This is a high volume virtual call center environment & a 100% fully remote (work from home) position.


To be successful in this role, you will need to be organized, efficient, persuasive and have practical problem-solving skills. You will be interacting with our customers daily and having patient and respectful behavior is a must as you are representing our Garage Door company.

 REQUIRED: Previous Sales & Call Center Experience 

  • Proven sales and customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Warm Leads
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Able to work independently.
  • High speed internet connection via ethernet cable (no WIFI) 

[ The minimum home internet speed required for this position and for the phone software to function properly are: 150Mbps download / 20Mbps upload ] 

  • Laptop or desktop pc, headset with mic & webcam (of your own to start - company equipment is provided after you're hired)

Knowledge:


REQUIRED: Previous Sales & Call Center Experience 

  • CRM experience is a huge plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
  • Excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs.
  • Knowledge in the service industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Be able to type 40 WPM

Training Required:

  • Remote Customer Service training provided

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to work in a remote environment.
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer.
  • Must have high speed internet and a computer available with ethernet capability.
  • The Outbound Sales Department operates Monday through Sunday.
  • The job environment is fast paced and results oriented.
  • Must pass Drug test, Background check.
