Description
  • Present Impact in a variety of forums/platforms in person or virtual. 
  • Participate in recruitment campaign for Mentors/Mentees, as needed
  • Oversee onboarding of all new mentors ensuring all program standards are followed. 
  • Ensure program is in compliance with all standards of safety and best practice
  • Develop recruitment plan for the year and review on a quarterly basis with the Program Director
  • Develop and lead Impact Recruiting and Training 
  • Identifies and attends community events where prospective Mentors may be recruited as well as promoting Impact.
  • Facilitate informational meetings on Impact
  • Develop and distribute recruitment materials. 
  • Develop and maintain onboarding materials for all mentors. 
  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with best practice state requirements and accreditation standards including but not limited to:  Tracking, Mentor files/records, Contact logs, logs of potential Mentors and mentee/mentor applications 
  • Maintain and possess functional communication device at all times when working in community.
  • Responsible for practicing and directing others to practice company safety regulations and emergency procedures.
  • Maintain contact with Mentors (existing and prospective) and Mentees weekly to discuss issues, provide guidance and support. Ensure all contacts with mentors and mentees are documented. 
  • On-going assessment of the provision of quality care to children in the home.
  • Attend/ Participate in all program meetings.
  • Meet with Program Supervisor weekly for supervision.
  • Other related duties which may be assigned
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: 

BA/BS degree in Human Services or related field. Advanced degree strongly preferred.


EXPERIENCE: 

Minimum experience of 2+ years child welfare/ family service background; experience in foster care /adoption


Salary 

$34,000-$36,000
