About the Position
We are looking for Information Technology interns to join our team to work within our centralized IT team, who utilize technology and data to support our people and our clients.


Our summer interns will have the opportunity to work with several of our focus areas within our IT department, providing them with an introduction to business analysis, user support, and IT infrastructure. Interns will also have the chance to work alongside IT leadership, ensuring that they get a holistic experience and insight into the inner workings of an internal IT department. Our internship program aims to develop our newest team members through focused education, varied experience, and achievement of specific goals. It is our belief that by providing broad exposure and hands-on experience, interns will develop core information technology skills as well as strengthen their business sense which will set them up for success in their future careers.

Requirements

You’ll Get a Chance To

  • Provide technical support to users by assisting with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Process IT system updates on daily or weekly basis
  • Research problems as they arise and make recommendations for improvements to the team
  • Analyze data and document processes to assist with improving IT operations
  • Provide additional support to the team as needed

What You Bring to the Team

  • Expected Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Cybersecurity from an accredited college/university
  • Professional behavior at all times, including being punctual, reliable, and respectful
  • Strong communication skills and ability to take ownership of actions and responsibilities
  • Adaptability to a fast paced and dynamic setting
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Proficient organization and time management skills
  • Ambitious with a desire to continually improve

What You Should Know
The summer internship program is 20 hours a week for 8 weeks. This is a temporary non-exempt position and will be required to be in person. As a temporary employee, with the exception of 401k, you will not be eligible for employee benefits.
