Lido Advisors, LLC, an established and expanding wealth management firm is looking for an Associate to support the production of monthly performance reports for Wealth Advisors and high-net-worth clients. Reporting to the Client Reporting Manager, the candidate will work closely to reconcile and solve performance measurement discrepancies to generate performance reports.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Reconcile valuation and transaction data from external custodians, operators, or account statements across various products including equity, fixed-income, derivative, and private investments.
- Investigate, research, and resolve performance measurement discrepancies, involving appropriate resources across product and or functional teams to bring issue to resolution on performance, contribution, or attribution. Proactively address account issues taking into consideration the full investment process, and taking an analytic approach to problem identification, definition, and resolution.
- Generate reports and respond to technical questions concerning client accounts and strategy performance statistics.
- Ensure the accuracy of security attributes, classifications, and indexes.
- Identify process breakdowns, and propose solutions to drive simplification and effectiveness within the functional team.
- Monitor and address/understand impacts to service levels as identified by operational performance standards and metrics.
- Adhere to the firm’s control policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in client performance reporting or related operations role desired.
- CFA or other industry certifications preferred.
- Direct experience with Addepar or other performance management systems.
- Knowledge of traditional investment vehicles (including, but not limited to equities, fixed income, derivatives/options, international equities, currency, etc.).
- Knowledge of alternative investments (private funds).
- Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to focus on and take ownership of results (i.e. deadlines, goal-setting, and process improvement)
- Ability to organize, prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and keep the team apprised of open items.
- Team player and a desire to collaborate with others.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing and fast-paced business environment.
- Advanced MS Office user (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).

The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range below is an estimate and may be modified in the future.
