BOSA Coastal Italian is seeking a Dishwasher.

BOSA Coastal Italian is a restaurant concept inspired by the coastal fishing town of the same namesake, on the island of Sardinia in Italy. This first-floor waterfront restaurant features creative cuisine with the freshest local ingredients, focusing on seafood, but paying homage to owner/restaurateur Sal Lupoli by featuring his signature pizza. Classic and modern cocktails draw inspiration from Italy, along with a substantial wine and craft beer menu.  

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed.
• Washes, rinses, and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintains cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves in the kitchen area.
• Assists with kitchen deliveries including proper storage, organization, and rotation of products.
• Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection.
• Assist cooks with prep as needed. Assist in completing prep and storage food items.

• Minimum 1 year of working BOH.
• Must follow handling and sanitation procedures and use extreme caution with utensils, plate ware, glassware and equipment to avoid breakage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work different hours including weekends, days and nights.
