The HR Department at ConcertoCare is seeking a Sr. Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to manage and support key HR processes for a high growth potential, fast-paced company in the healthcare provider industry.


As the SR. HRBP, you are:

  • An experienced HR professional who is skilled at developing relationships and partnerships with all levels of colleagues while working remotely.

  • Knowledgeable of HR best practices and comfortable conducting virtual training to a variety of audiences.

You will:

  • Assist the Chief People Officer with the direct oversight and management of various corporate HR functions, and possible supervision of other HR team members. 
  • Assess various HR processes and procedures in an ongoing independent fashion, and make recommendations for adjustments and improvements to the Chief People Officer.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the Chief People Officer to revise or develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Provides HR guidance to employees and managers including, but not limited to, employee relations, benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, training, and company policies.
  • Promotes a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting the organization’s people initiatives.
  • Maintains proactive contact and communication with departments and divisions to effectively serve as a strategic business partner.  
  • Under the direction of the Chief People Officer, lead and manage the performance planning process. Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to front-line leaders (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Coaches and develops managers to become effective as leaders and managers. Partners with leaders to oversee and provide recommendations and guidance on creating a great place to work.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit structures, workforce planning, and the talent agenda. 
  • Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of Organizational Effectiveness solutions for the organization, such as performance management, change management, team effectiveness interventions, and career advancement.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts investigations related to people issues with management, employees, patients, vendors,  contractors, etc
  • Under general supervision or guidance, contributes to the deployment (e.g., communicate, advocate, train, review metrics, status progress) of HR processes, policies and procedures by utilizing existing tools and resources
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Lead and/or contribute to cross-functional business or HR projects. 
  • Devise engagement strategies, focus groups, and team-building activities for all markets.
  • Manage employee performance data, plot outcomes, and partner with managers on employee development strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and track trends. 
  • Own the strategy and implementation of n HR discipline (i.e., Training, Performance Management, Benefits or Compensation, etc.) based on experience and/or expertise. 
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in progressively responsible roles in an HR-dedicated capacity. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated advanced skills in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HR-related technologies such as ATS and HRIS applications.  Experience with Paylocity is desired.
  • Analytical capabilities and ability to use data to drive HR solutions
  • Ability to manage projects by developing a plan and communicating progress
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and detail-oriented skills.

 

Base Salary/ Wage Range $100,000 to $115,000 plus annual bonus. Compensation for the role is commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
