Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to….

· Provide excellent customer service

· Calculate the customer’s invoice

· Calculate discounts, coupons and charge to the proper accounts

· Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from the customer

· Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers

· Balance cash drawer at beginning and end of shifts

· Sort and file repair orders

· Answer in-coming phone calls

· Perform other duties as assigned

· Great customer service skills

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy

· Data entry skills with attention to detail

· Ability to multi-task

· Must be dependable and punctual

· Able to work a flexible schedule including some weekends and holidays

· Requires a background check and drug test
