Primary Care Physician
Honolulu, HI
Description

About Us:

Ho’ola is a physician enterprise strategy that provides Hawaii’s physicians with the ability to maintain a level of independence while receiving full-spectrum business support and new opportunities for growth.

This national strategic merger model for physicians is spearheaded by Surround Care, a healthcare transformation company dedicated to fixing affordability, quality, access, and experience for individuals, communities, and populations across the U.S.

Foundational to this model is the belief that the collective clinical excellence and strength of an aggregation of independent physicians will enable health systems and health plans to engage in new forms of partnership bringing value to all healthcare stakeholders; those who need care, those who provide care, and those who pay for care.

Ho'ola is part of Surround Care, a leader in healthcare transformation. Since 2016, Surround Care company Navvis has partnered with one of Hawaii’s largest healthcare organizations to optimize performance in value-based contracts and population health management
