Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions for both public and private sector clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML technologies, software engineering principles, and a proven ability to deliver scalable, robust AI systems.


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement AI solutions, focusing on scalability, efficiency, and impact, while meeting customer and industry requirements.
  • Develop robust, maintainable code for AI applications, ensuring best practices in software engineering and AI model development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, leveraging AI to solve complex problems.
  • Integrate AI models into existing systems, ensuring seamless operation and user experience.
  • Lead technical decision-making, adopting a pragmatic approach to architecture and technology choices.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of AI advancements, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into projects.
  • Work closely with project tams, including data scientists, data engineers, and software developers, to ensure cohesive project execution.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on AI/ML technologies.
  • Proficient in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn) and software development languages (Python, Java, C++).
  • Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and understanding of Databricks, ML Flow, Driver H20.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement high-quality software solutions incorporating AI models.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering efficient and practical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Large Language Models, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
  • Familiarity with model governance, security, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Salary Description
$105,000 - $120,000
