Description
EVT Management Services is a food and beverage company providing concessions at Riverbend Music Center, PNC Pavilion, The Andrew J. Brady Music Center and Taft Theatre.


VIP Club  Food Runner Position Summary: A professional, detail orientated person who will work collaboratively to ensure guests in a full-service VIP restaurant have an exceptional experience.  Food runners will track the progress of orders; ensure they are properly expedited from the kitchen to guests seated at tables. They will assist in clearing tables to maximize table availability and will assist with maintaining a clean restaurant and kitchen before and after the event. Food runners should be efficient, forward thinking, observant, possess a can-do attitude and be knowledgeable about menu items.


Basic duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Expedite orders from kitchen line to guests seated at tables.
  • Buss tables to maximize table availability. 
  • Maintain a clean restaurant and kitchen before, during, and after the event. 
  • Document wasted product as needed. 
  • Work collaboratively with other staff towards the overall success of the event and the company.
  • Support staff to maximize guest experience. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Perform in a loud, fast paced environment.
  • Lift & carry trays of food/beverage, twisting and standing/walking for long periods of time. 
  • MUST be 16 years of age or older.


VIP Club  Host Position Summary: A professional, high-energy and detail orientated person who will work collaboratively to ensure guests, in a full-service VIP restaurant, have an exceptional experience. Hosts will greet guests and using a seating/waitlist software will either seat them at tables on a rotating basis or communicate the availability of a table. Hosts will assist in clearing tables to maximize table availability and maintain a clean restaurant before, during and after the event. Employees working in this role should be efficient, forward thinking, observant, and possess a can-do attitude.

  • Greet and seat guests to the best of your ability to ensure an exceptional experience.
  • Buss tables to maximize table availability. 
  • Maintain a clean restaurant before, during and after the event. 
  • Work collaboratively with other staff towards the overall success of the event and the company.
  • Support staff to maximize guest experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Available Shifts for all position:

  • Start times vary based on the needs of event; but usually in the afternoon and/or evenings.
  • The duration of shifts varies upon the needs of the event; approximately 3 to 6 hours.

Pay:

  • Food Runner starting at $12/hr performance bonus eligible.
  • Hosts starting at $15/hr.
