With Central Reservations being the base of the Internship, there are 3 main takeaways that each intern should leave the program with; an understanding of the company, knowledge of hotel operations, and education for future goals.
Understanding Heritage Companies
- Gain invaluable knowledge about Heritage Companies through direct work in Central Reservations.
- High level, customer service experience for 13 properties.
- Interact with peers and colleagues across the entire company.
Learning Hotel Operations
- See the entire portfolio via property visits.
- Experience hotel operations first hand on different levels.
- Engage in a fun, fast-paced environment in our Corporate Office.
Education for the Future
- Exposure to Leadership and other Heritage activities.

Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A Willingness to learn and grow
- Enrolled in Hospitality program preferred but not mandatory
- Must be able to travel internally in New Mexico
- Experience in Customer Service or related field.
- Must be mobile.
