Program Support Specialist, Group Coordinator

TENICA is looking to hire a Program Support Specialist with a TS/SCI, CI poly 


We are seeking a highly motivated and tactical Program Support Specialist to join our team and leverage their expertise to coordinate IT projects. As a Program Support Specialist, you will serve as the lead for the assigned project and will be responsible for the development and maintenance of programmatic data ranging from project  plans, artifacts, waypoints, timelines, implementation planning, and more. 


Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating program management process activities such as program reviews and control gate reviews, including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings and  presentations 
  • Composing technical documents, including user’s manuals and weekly activity reports 
  • Ensuring tasks are completed within the deadlines and tasking guidance from the Sponsor is clear and unambiguous 
  • Ensuring all necessary programmatic and technical artifacts required to deliver the project effectively and successfully are created, maintained, and accurate 
  • Ensuring project reporting on performance and status is completed and delivered per  requirements and deadlines 
  • Coordinating across the client’s organization to ensure problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training and mentoring needs, and task clarification 
  • Assisting in assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
  •  Facilitating and participating in meetings and information sessions; coordinating project schedules; creating and distributing minutes and action items; and tracing action items for successful completion 

 Qualifications (Required): 

  •  Active TS/SCI with Poly
  • 3-5 years of experience working within an IC Agency 
  • Demonstrated ability to compose and edit written materials independently 
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and effective communications using tact, patience, and courtesy 
  • Forward leaning and detail oriented 
  • Experience with budget execution and an understanding of spend plans 
  • Proficiency in standard office software 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
  • Strong communication and organizational skills 

Education:

  • High School Diploma/GED + 12 Years 
  • Associate Degree + 10 Years 
  • Bachelor's Degree + 8 Years 
  • Master's Degree + 6 Years 
  • PhD + 4 Years
