We are actively seeking a Survey Crew Chief to join our dedicated team of professionals in Cranberry Township, PA. As a Survey Crew Chief, key responsibilities include:

  • Directs the activities of a survey crew in an efficient, business-like manner
  • Provides complete, accurate, and cost-efficient survey data to all service groups
  • Maintains proper care of survey equipment
  • Maintains a positive image of the engineering firm
  • Provides quality public relations to clients
Requirements

 

  • High school diploma with 4+ years of varied field experience in land surveying
  • An associate degree in Surveying or related field and a Professional Surveyor License are a plus, but not required.
  • Possesses a working knowledge of: coordinate geometry, computer skills, and electronic survey equipment
  • Must have knowledge of Pennsylvania land law and an understanding of the requirements for varied mapping projects
  • Must be a leader and team player possessing good communication, and planning skills
  • Exhibits excellent handwriting skills
  • Must have the flexibility to travel to field and job sites, meetings, and other offices
  • Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.
