ABOUT THE POSITION 


Summary

Are you an experienced attorney looking to take your career to the next level? Jimerson Birr is actively seeking a dynamic Litigation Attorney to join our rapidly growing law firm. As the brand ambassador and advocate in this thriving sector, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact. The Litigation Attorney is responsible for supporting our firm’s rapid growth. As a key member of our team, this role will be responsible for leading the charge on a diverse caseload of litigation matters. The ideal candidate for this role has a proven track record of success and the ability to grow and develop along with an amazing team.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution
  • Partnering with paralegal team to support the high-volume needs of our Litigation practice
  • Stay abreast of the latest legal developments, regulations, and industry trends
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while continuously delivering exceptional legal services

Knowledge & Skills 

  • Barred in FL
  • Experience practicing Commercial Litigation matters  
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Litigation
  • Command of statutes and strategy
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Ability to recognize and seize opportunities for business development

  • Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a litigation team
  • A competitive mindset who will advocate on behalf of clients
