VENZA is currently seeking a Sales Executive LatAm to add to its team.
Accountability Summary
This is a unique full-time opportunity for a driven professional who wants to join our Sales Team and serve as a new account generator in a growing company. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Sales Executive – LatAm will work to procure net new sales accounts in Latin America. Success will require collaboration with Customer Success, Product Development, Accounting, and Managed Services.
Duties and Responsibilities
Contribute toward VENZA’s Future
Your team presents programs to prospective customers. Therefore:
- Communicate feedback from the marketplace to internal teams (i.e., Product Development, Customer Success)
- Promote product “release” events.
Drive Customer Renewals
Your team shepherds existing customers toward a continuation of the relationship. Therefore:
- Communicate program successes to solidify renewals.
- Be aware of product growth opportunities.
- Facilitate client renewals for selected, identified accounts.
Drive Sales, Upsells, and Cross-sells
Your team shows the marketplace how VENZA products and services may help. Therefore:
- Positively present all products and services by compiling data, conducting presentations, and sharing marketing materials.
- Work with the internal teams (i.e., Product Development, Customer Success/Security, Marketing) to evaluate current product adoption and future product potential.
- Close sales opportunities yield a minimum of $1m within the 2022 calendar year.
- Prepares sales proposals and subscription agreements.
Build Collaborative Internal Relationships
Your team communicates the answer to the question: “What does VENZA do?” Therefore:
- Lead internal kickoff sessions
- Monitor the progress of accounting receivables and actively contribute to internal initiatives and sessions to ensure positive account balances.
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment and the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot under pressure.
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills, data interpretation, and diagram builds
- Proficiency with Microsoft products
- Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services.
- Possesses knowledge of competitive products and markets
- Experience selling SaaS-based products.
- Exhibits awareness of best sales practices and methods
- Proficient experience with Salesforce.com CRM
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Travel-time (>25%)
Compensation
- Based on the market range in specific regions, experience, and current salary. + commission.
- The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications, and other factors.
