Position Summary: As an Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge technologies and systems to streamline our operations and enhance project management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic direction for project management, incorporating technological solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of program managers and project managers, ensuring collaboration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring programs are executed efficiently, within budget, and on time.
  • Budget Management: Oversee program budgets, conduct forecasting, and perform financial analysis to optimize resource allocation.
  • Compliance and Performance Measurement: Ensure adherence to healthcare compliance regulations and define key performance indicators to assess program success.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s in Public Health or related discipline preferred.
  • PMP Certification or equivalent preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in program management, with a significant focus on healthcare and population health initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and other project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios, with a proven track record of successful grant writing and securing funding.
  • Tech-savvy with a flair for adopting and implementing innovative solutions.

Position Details:

  • Full-time, remote position with occasional in-person meetings.
  • Travel up to 50% may be required.
