ELB Learning is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales Enablement to lead our sales enablement function. ELB Learning is a leading eLearning company that has tripled in size over the past 3 years. As we continue our rapid growth, we need a sales enablement leader who can optimize our sales team's efficiency and impact through training, content, and technology.

As our Head of Sales Enablement, you will create and implement sales enablement strategies and programs, manage projects, track effectiveness, lead a growing team, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and L&D leaders. Head of Sales Enablement Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales enablement plans, including sales training programs, sales tools/tech stack, and content strategy
  • Track and report on sales enablement metrics to demonstrate impact and secure executive support
  • Oversee day-to-day management of enablement projects and key vendor relationships
  • Coach and lead sales enablement team members to meet project goals
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and L&D teams
  • Stay on top of sales enablement industry trends and best practices


Head of Sales Enablement Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in sales enablement, sales ops or sales training roles
  • Strong project management, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Sales coaching experience and aptitude for adult learning approaches
  • Data-driven mindset and analytical capabilities
  • Knowledge of sales methodology, processes, and tech stack
  • Strong communicator across multiple levels of an organization
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred

Salary Description
$125,000 - $150,000 annually
