Track Progress: Keep accurate records of client performance and progress through meticulous data collection and clinical notes. Your attention to detail will guide our team in making informed decisions to support each child's development.
Provide Compassionate Care: Manage challenging behaviors with care and professionalism, following Behavior Care Plans and directives from BCBAs to help create a safe and supportive environment for our clients.
