Hoyle Tanner is seeking a Survey Project Manager for our Municipal Engineering Services team in our Concord, NH office. As a licensed Land Surveyor in NH, you will be managing the field crew and surveying technicians as well as projects. Surveying is our newest service at Hoyle Tanner, so we are looking for an individual who has an important level of precision and accuracy to service our clients. Location:  Concord, NH

 Located in the state capital, our office is situated in a charming historical building nestled within the heart of Concord, NH’s downtown. Its convenient location is a short commute to the nearby Interstates 93 and 393 ensuring ease of access for employees and visitors alike.

Job responsibilities:

• Provide project management, including management of budget, scope and schedule for small, moderate and large land survey projects
• Provide management of project staff and clients
• Be responsible for performance and/or oversight of surveying calculations
• Perform analysis and interpretation of public records research, including deeds, plans and other pertinent documents for the project
• Review and certify work that staff has completed with a high-level of precision and accuracy
• Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
• Oversee coordination of field crews and Survey Technicians
• Perform field checks and manage quality control
• Coordinate survey efforts with other groups in an integrated services environment
• Have the ability to perform “field to finish” land surveying

• Be a licensed land surveyor in NH (LLS) 
• Bachelor's degree
• Valid Driver License
• 15+ years of relevant experience
