Our Nursery Workers provide engaging interaction and loving supervision in a safe, nurturing environment. Care is regularly provided on Sunday mornings (8:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.) for children birth to age five, and weekdays/nights for children birth to fifth grade. Workers provide age-appropriate care using positive reinforcement while ensuring a safe environment at all times. Requires strong interpersonal communication skills and a genuine love of children. Must be comfortable with all aspects of infant and toddler care including diaper changes, potty training assistance, and feeding. Evening, holiday and weekend work hours required.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships and adapt messages in an audience-appropriate manner.
• Previous experience or education in childcare or early childhood development.
• Ability to work effectively in an active environment with frequent interruptions and distractions.
• Ability to remain professional under pressure and resolve conflict in a Christ-like manner.
• High level of discretion and emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
• Skilled in technological applications and software, internet and mobile telecommunications programs.
• Ability to demonstrate high levels of tact and accountability in a dynamic, challenging setting.
• Proactive, progressive-thinking and positive approach and attitude.
