Stevens Creek Kia is looking for an automotive sales consultant to join the sales team!
Responsibilities:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be required to provide the best in customer service and sales assistance to our customers, and to consistently achieve sales goals.
Specific duties for the Automotive Sales Consultant include:
- Working with customers to meet their vehicle needs
- Demonstrating products and sharing product knowledge with customers
- Communicating with customers through all forms of communication in person, phone, email
- Attaining monthly sales quota
- Providing quality customer service to customers
- Developing pipeline of customers
Requirements
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you must have an engaging and high-energy personality, and the ability to build rapport and develop trust with customers. You must also have a strong work ethic, work well as part of a team, and take pride in the work you do.
Specific qualifications for the Automotive Sales Consultant position include:
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
