We are currently seeking a Business Services Manager candidate to join our winning team. Summarily, the Business Services Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the business services program. The Business Services Manager plays a crucial part in fostering strong relationships, facilitating smooth communication, and operating as the primary liaison between our clients and lending teams.


The duties and responsibilities of the Business Services Manager include:

  • Overseeing and managing the Credit Union’s Business Services Program.
  • Ensuring the growth and profitability of the Credit Union’s Business Services Program (ACH, Remote Deposit, Payroll, Merchant Services, Virtual Vault, etc.) including prospecting for new business relationships as well as growing existing relationships.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues members may experience with Business Service Products (system access, password resets, scanner machine functionality, etc.)
  • Maintaining and strategically refining the proposal and documentation collection process for enrolling business members into Business Service Products.
  • Maintaining and growing relationships with Business Service Partners and representatives via payroll services, merchant services, etc.
  • Working with branch and business development team members to maximize sales efforts to business consumers and cross sell other products and services that the credit union offers. 
  • Acting as liaison between members/prospects and the Credit Union’s internal lending department(s) to facilitate business lending and maintaining strong relationships that lead to utilizing additional Credit Union’s business services.
  • Assisting the Business Development team and Branch Managers with their relationships with Business Service Partners.
  • Continuously enhancing the Credit Union’s competitive edge through the exploration of innovative solutions tailored to our business members' needs, manifested in the development of new Business Service Products which involves thorough identification, analysis, and swift implementation of novel strategies and offerings. 
  • Directly supporting the Business Development team and Branch Managers by expediting inbound requests for new Business Service Products and Loans
  • Consistently staying up to date with comprehensive knowledge of all Credit Union Business Service and Business Loan offerings. Sharing and providing training on this information to Business Development and Branch staff
  • Managing the process for establishing all credit union Business Account and Service-related fees and supervising direct report(s).


  • Two years to five years of similar or related experience. Familiarity with a variety of the financial industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures.


  • A college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school
