Senior Marketing Associate


Sanctuary Wealth is seeking a senior marketing associate to help create, develop, execute, and manage marketing and brand initiatives.

This fast-paced, challenging role requires an individual with cross-functional marketing acumen and instincts, financial services/wealth management industry experience, and good judgment. The position is a great fit for someone who is both analytical and creative. The individual should demonstrate expertise in acquisition and demand generation marketing, ranging across email marketing, digital advertising, owned and operated channels, search marketing, and social media marketing.

The individual will also have strong project management and organization skills, possess proactive and people skills, and be able to leverage past marketing experience to know the optimal path forward in a variety of scenarios and shifting landscape.

Reporting to the head of marketing, you will support and often lead marketing initiatives, with a focus on lead generation and prospect development. The ideal candidate is an experienced project and digital campaign manager, skilled in executing high-impact, tactical marketing programs that are results-oriented, on-brand, engaging, and innovative. 


To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

· Responsible for demand generation programs across paid, earned and owned channels

· Creative and strategic – excitement about blending creativity and analysis

· Maintain data-driven approach to understanding client needs and optimizing marketing strategy

· Ability to plan and execute end-to-end digital customer journey

· Work with stakeholders to identify and test new growth opportunities across segments/channels

· Own the reporting cadence and discipline; measure performance based on the established measurement framework and provide optimization recommendations to stakeholders

· Collaborate with other team members across the organization so that all components of a campaign are orchestrated flawlessly: strategy, messaging, branding, creative, trafficking, tagging, etc.

· Build marketing emails and drip campaigns, including testing, QA, and criteria validation

· Guide lead-generating marketing efforts: plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor, and analyze effectiveness of marketing content

· Update the company’s website and internal platform based on the editorial calendar and other opportunistic improvements

Support the brand’s SEO and PPC efforts 



The following skills and abilities are required to perform this job successfully:

· Product, Segment, or Brand management experience

· Paid and social media expertise

· Experience in a digitally led sales organization 

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Adept at data analysis and reporting

· Intellectual curiosity, drive; self-starter

· B2B marketing experience within financial services

· SEO and Google Ads expertise

· Experience with HubSpot or equivalent email marketing system, Salesforce, and website content management system


· Bachelor’s degree in a marketing, business or communications-related field. MBA preferred

· 5+ years developing strategy and executing marketing and/or communication initiatives 

· Experience designing and executing campaigns across multiple digital channels, ideally in financial industry
