National Sales Director (NSD)
BidWizer is looking for a National Automotive Sales Director to join our team. NSD will onboard and educate franchise dealers in the utilization of our market-disrupting technology platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with Automotive Franchise Dealerships as well as leading, organizing and managing a U.S. sales team.
Primary Role: The National Sales Director (NSD) will be responsible for creating, monitoring and executing the go-to-market strategy and sales objectives.
Responsibilities, Duties and Skills:
The NSD must have excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work with various stakeholders to ensure campaign strategies are highly effective and deliver “on-schedule” onboarded dealerships. The position will require monthly and yearly sales forecasts and must achieve predetermined goals. NSD to report directly to CEO and COO.
· Developing comprehensive sales strategies to onboard U.S. automotive franchise dealerships.
· Strong analytical skills and able to create detailed reports.
· Highly driven professional, working quickly and seamlessly across the U.S. to efficiently deploy sales efforts to onboard franchise dealerships.
· Analyzing performance and creating measurement criteria (KPIs to track and analyze performance) Reporting this performance to the CEO and COO.
· Working with stakeholders to ensure objectives are effective and on time, building positive leadership and trustful relationships with sales team personnel.
· Developing and executing strategies to increase auto dealer utilization, creating educational strategies for sales team implementation, ensuring nurturing campaigns executed, and building long term relationships with franchise dealerships and sales team.
· Leveraging solutions to maximize the effectiveness of sales campaigns through hubspot/crm, and internal marketing campaigns, as well as training modules, certifications and webinars.
· Collaborating with other BidWizer stakeholders to ensure automotive campaigns are aligned with overall business goals and strategies.
· Ensure campaigns adhere to legal standards and reflect best practices with automotive Dealership executives.
Qualifications:
• National Sales Management Auto experience
• 5+ years' experience and proven track record in executing National Automotive Sales Plan objectives.
• Experience with Managing Automotive National Sales teams.
• Experience working in the automotive industry with Franchise Dealers
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Sales Organizational software/CRM
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
