Description

· Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.

· Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.

· Maintains filing systems as assigned.

· Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of   data when needed.

· Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.

· Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.

· Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.

· Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.

· Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.

· Maintains a system for recording expenses.

· Processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, Internet, e-mail, or software; and operates general office or other equipment as necessary to complete essential functions.

· Communicates with Airport Authority officials, supervisor, employees, clients, third party service contractors, the public, tenants, vendors, and other individuals as needed

to coordinate work activities, review status of work, exchange information, or resolve problems.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

· High school graduation or acquisition of a GED.

· Six (6) months' experience in a related field of work.

· Or equivalent training, education, and/or experience.

· Valid South Carolina driver’s license. 

Salary Description
19.65 per hour
