Job Requirements

Cover letters should be concise, well-written expressions of your clinical orientation, your interest and experience in counseling, and should give an overall sense of who you are and how you’ll show up as an employee and as a therapist.   • Minimum time commitment: two to three days per week, for 15 scheduled hours
  • Commitment to some high-demand evening, early-morning, or weekend hours required during the first year while building your ideal caseload
  • At least one in-person shift per week, more preferred
  • If hired, provisionally-licensed counselors must procure their own board-approved supervisor outside of the agency for board verification of hours
  • Submit to a background check if hired

Pay

  • Opportunity to earn from $40 to $96 per session, based on demonstrated clinical development
  • All counselors are valued W-2 employees (vs. independent contractors)

Qualifications

Education

  • Masters (Required)

License/Certification:

  • LPC Associates, LMSWs, and LMFT Associates (Required)
