About the Role

The Call Center Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Call Center Representatives & Dispatchers, managing daily operations, and ensuring high call conversion rates. This role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and a focus on results to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and coach a team of Call Center Representatives
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Monitor team performance and optimize call conversion rates
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure service excellence
  • Work closely with technicians to coordinate efficient scheduling and dispatching
  • Maintain accurate records and utilize ServiceTitan or similar CRM software
  • Develop strategies to improve efficiency, drive sales, and increase retention

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of call center management experience (HVAC or home services experience preferred)
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Fast and accurate typing (45+ WPM)
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using Microsoft Suite & ServiceTitan (preferred)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check
