Description

 

The Retail Services Representative II is responsible for handling customer service transactions while providing an exceptional in-branch customer experience. By utilizing a needs based service approach, the Retail Services Representative II will create new banking relationships and strengthen existing relationships through positive daily customer interactions


Requirements


  • Proficient computer skills and active engagement in the new technology
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to derive innovative solutions
  • Demonstrate a "team" attitude toward the bank and coworkers
