As a Regional Manager, you’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing RS Medical's field Sales Representatives within a region. Providing management to all required reports and supportive information regarding competitors, payers and physician organizations that may affect RS Medical within the region. Assisting in the development of programs and policies related to the field sales organization. Display positive leadership qualities to all RS Medical employees and customers.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coach for assigned Sales Representative:

      · Comprehensive implementation of RS Medical's Customer Relationship Manager (CRM).

      · Comprehensive planning for each assigned account.

      · Identification of effective call points.

      · Establish coverage criteria for each assigned account.

      · Develop specific diagnosis to referral criteria for each assigned provider.

      · Perform Pre-call plan for each critical account call.

      · Perform post-call recap for each critical account call.

      · Schedule with Sales Representative for Field Visits on major leveraged sales opportunities.

      · Performance reviews.

  • Travel for key meetings and closing calls. 60% travel requirement.
  • Manage direct reports within a region. Assign and allocate work, set priorities and deadlines. Resolve personnel issues. Guide and advise personnel in the performance of their work. Complete performance evaluations and make recommendations on wages and promotions.
  • Determine markets to be filled and obtain approval from the VP of Sales.
  • Assist in recruiting of new and replacement Sales Representatives in coordination with the VP of Sales as defined by the national revenue forecast.
  • Support and contribute positively to the Company's learning and development training and education process.
  • Identifies specialized training needs of Sales Representatives in the region and forwards these needs to the VP of Sales.
  • Attend National, Regional, and local medical conferences as directed by the VP of Sales. Attend RS Medical national and regional meetings.
  • Call on payors within region as coordinated with the VP of Sales.
  • Track and manage Sales Representative activity as required.
  • Control expenses per company policy and Project Compliance to help ensure that Sales Representatives are using the information systems available.
  • To assist and provide input into the development of policies and procedures of the company as needed by participating in program development, policy development, meeting planning, and product planning meetings.
  • Submit monthly reports and information as requested and/or required.
Requirements

Education:

  • College degree or equivalent with a minimum of three years direct sales management experience
  • VA/DOD sales experience a plus
  • U.S Veteran/Armed Forces Reserve a plus
  • Workers Compensation or Personal Injury Protection experience needed

Additional Necessities

Regional Managers work remotely. Requires frequent or continuous periods of talking, sitting and repetitive motion of the hands/wrists, and good general vision and hearing. May also require occasional standing, walking, reaching, grasping and handling. Must be able to move and lift as much as 25 pounds of product and materials over short distances and height. Requires frequent traveling by car or other mode of transportation up to 60%. May require working long or extended hours. May be exposed to patients with infectious diseases. Must meet hospital credentialing requirements, e.g. Reptrax, Vendormate, etc.

$125,000/yr with bonus potential
