Description

Under direct supervision of the Guest Experience Manager, the intern will assist with general aspects of guest experience and employee relations. The position requires a commitment of at least 12-16 weeks and shall be for course credit only.

Requirements

  • Develop, implement, and manage employee engagement and reward strategies that each individual Team Member matters and is valued by the organization. 
  • Greet and assist Team Members during employee check-in, ensuring an exciting and seamless arrival process.
  • Drive innovation in the employee experience space, transforming Gas South District into a model for other organizations to follow.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of training materials geared towards improving patron experience.
  • Actively help to support the Guest Experience department during events.
  • Assist arena event managers in establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, promoters, etc. 
  • Provide a variety of administrative support such as research, analysis, data input, and meeting planning to the Guest Experience department.

Education and Experience

Must be attending a college/university and carry a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. Experience with Microsoft Office applications is a must.
