We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Proposal Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Proposal and Marketing Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities by developing compelling proposals and marketing materials aimed at attracting and closing new clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of high-quality proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs).
  • Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other technical experts to gather and organize information required for proposals.
  • Write persuasive and impactful proposal narratives that highlight our expertise, experience, and approach.
  • Ensure proposals comply with all client requirements and deadlines.
  • Develop and write content for various marketing materials, including website copy, press releases, and case studies.
  • Manage and update company marketing materials to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify and track industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as trade shows and conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in proposal writing and marketing.
  • Assist with presentations and client meetings as needed.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the marketing and business development team.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 years’ experience conceptualizing, drafting, editing, and submitting proposals to various government entities, not limited to State, County, Local, and Federal. Industry experience preferred. 
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt writing style to different audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Experience in proposal writing or marketing is a must.
