Who We Need
- IMPLAN is looking for ambitious up and coming sales professionals to work with our Regional Sales Managers on building the sales pipeline. The Sales Development Representative role is where IMPLAN grooms future quota carrying sales reps.

Primary Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification
- Proactively qualify and advance inbound leads into the sales funnel, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Cold Outreach
- Generate new sales opportunities through strategic cold outreach initiatives, including cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Collaboration with Marketing
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align on strategies, campaigns, and lead criteria.
- Foster a tight-knit relationship with Regional Sales Managers in your assigned territory to ensure proper alignment and communication.
- Scheduling Product Demonstrations
- Efficiently schedule product demonstrations for potential customers, coordinating with the appropriate sales personnel.
- Reporting & Systems Management
- Maintain accurate records of all sales-related activities, including calls, emails, and meetings in Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Report on outreach activity, lead qualification, and other relevant metrics to sales and marketing leadership.
