As a Personal Coordinator for Sun Realty, you will support and assist the rental team by inspecting properties and performing general office duties as required. To execute the job successfully, a good attitude, and the ability to work well with others is essential.

To be considered for this position, here are the requirements we are looking for:


· Excellent customer service skills; 1-2 years' previous customer service experience

· Ability to pass a background 

· Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferred experience with Track or similar software

· Reliable transportation and current, active driver's license

· Proficient in time management; the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

· Well adept at conflict resolution



Requirements

Physical/Mental Demands: Hearing, speaking, seeing, sitting, walking, standing, driving, bending, and climbing steps; lifting and carrying 25-30 lbs., reading, comprehension, analytical thinking, problem solving, legible writing skills and effective written and verbal communication in the English language.

Machines/Equipment/Licenses: Reliable transportation, with valid, active NC driver license, proper insurance, and inspections (as required in company guidelines); computers, copiers, all office equipment. 


Work Environment: Office work with exposure to outside weather conditions, as warranted; climbing flights of steps inside and out, fast paced, at times mentally strenuous; shifting priorities due to changing needs and situations with little to no notice, maneuvering a vehicle in congested traffic, walking in soft sand.

Hours: Full-time, year-round position. Weekends and holidays are required. Overtime may be required. Regular punctual attendance is required.


Salary Range: Pay based on experience, and proven ability, determined by Rental Manager.
