As a Field Claims Reinspection Representative you will play a pivotal role in maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our claims data, systems, regulations, and field processes. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting on-site and virtual reinspections of property claims from Central Florida to South Florida counties. You will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our claims processes by verifying field estimates to maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your primary objective will be to adhere to the Quality Assurance process over both independent and staff adjusters, as well as preferred contractors. The ideal candidate we are seeking possesses a robust background in insurance claims, very detail-oriented, and a history of Field Property Claims Experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities  

Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;


· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Required to travel throughout his/her assigned territory to perform reinspections.

· Complies with customer service objectives (as determined by the company).

· Meets or exceeds production objectives (as determined by the company).

· Communicates effectively with customers and vendors in a prompt, professional manner.

· Conduct technical claim reviews to measure property estimate accuracy through conducting a detailed, timely reinspection/audit of property and property repair estimates including, but not limited to, field staff/independent adjusters, and CastleCare preferred contractors.

· Review existing or prepare comparison damage estimates using computer-estimating software.?

· Ensure that all reinspection activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

· Stay informed about changes in insurance laws and regulations that may impact the claims reinspection process.

· Ensure that all claims comply with company guidelines, policies, and procedures.

· Serve as a Property Adjusting SME through audit calibration meetings, adjusting ride-a-longs and vendor meetings. 

· Participating in a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the reinspection team.

· Maintain quality assurance standards throughout the reinspection process.

· If deposed, act as Corporate Representative as needed for industry related matters and claims in litigation. 

· Assist Catastrophe Response Team, as needed. 

· Participates and assists with internal and external audits. 

· Adhere to established schedules and deadlines for completing reinspections.

· Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times.

· Operates in accordance with Florida Statues.

· Maintains FL license by meeting continuing education requirements.


Qualifications: 

Education and/or Experience

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 3 years related Property Field Claims experience required. 

· Active Insurance adjusters license State of Florida (520 license). S

· Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data accurately.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred:

· Contracting background is a plus. 

· Proven experience with CoreLogic and estimate accuracy tools

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements

· Advanced industry certifications (CPCU, SCLA, CLM, etc.). 

· 5+ years of field adjusting experience. 

· 2+ years of claims quality assurance or reinspection experience. 

  

Computer/Typing Skills:

Ability to work in a Windows environment, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Experience with CoreLogic products preferred.  Demonstrated ability to learn additional software applications as required.


Language Skills:

Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.

Superior problem-solving skills. Analytical techniques and technical communication skills. Strong organizational skills, including time management. Demonstrated skills or past achievement to obtain desired results. Ability to innovate regarding methods and approaches to existing and future work processes.
