Description
The Inside Sales Specialist facilitates the entire sales cycle, from client interaction, garment ordering, decoration ordering, invoice submission, and payment, collection, follow up, and review. The Inside Sales Specialist reports to the CEO
Abilities Required
- Extreme attention to detail in all aspects of duties, email composing, quoting, order entry, garment ordering, etc.
- Accessible beyond “normal hours”.

- Proficient with Excel, Word, Email & basic graphic software skills.
- Strong communication skills; both written & verbal are needed for clients and the internal team.

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Specific Responsibilities
- Answer phone, emails, texts, faxes, etc. with professionalism and promptness (inside 24 hrs).
- Assist AR Team with current accounts
- Assist AR Team with current and existing customer orders
- Communicate with production staff on a regular basis to ensure timely order completion
- Use NOMOS to create work orders and order garments
- Use Order My Gear tool to execute all phases of online store sales (item selection to bagging and delivery/pickup)
- Price out new jobs (approval needed)
- Upselling customers on new products and products that complement their current purchase/quote
- Price and complete RFP’s & RFB’s (Request for Proposals & Bids)
- Order pieces, inventory for mistakes made by production team
- Audit Vendor bills to make sure we are billed correctly
- Keep track of excess, unused, mis-ordered, mis-shipped inventory and send back to vendor
- Manage, assist, and train AR team members on how to use the online sales tool
- Direct, coordinate, and execute all steps involved in the online sales process (item selection to bagging and delivery/pick-up)
- Update and utilize Copper on a consistent basis
- Follow-up and engage leads
- Actively pursue and develop new leads and accounts
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude towards existing and potential customers
- Present sales leads, reports, and potential opportunities to executive management team on a quarterly basis.
- Work closely with the Social Media & Marketing Coordinator and Graphic Artists to coordinate new marketing & social media campaigns.
