What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the team: As the General Manager, you’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team while creating an amazing place to work. Your leadership sets the tone for the entire restaurant, from kitchen to front of house.
• Overseeing daily operations: You’ll manage the daily flow of the restaurant—everything from staffing and scheduling to inventory and vendor relations—ensuring smooth operations and a guest experience that exceeds expectations.
• Ensuring operational excellence: Focus on quality control, efficiency, and meeting targets, all while keeping the environment positive, fun, and guest-focused.
• Developing and training staff: You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, and coaching team members. Your guidance will help foster growth within the team, setting up future leaders.
• Creating unforgettable guest experiences: You’ll lead by example to ensure our guests receive exceptional service, whether it’s from the front of house or kitchen.
• Driving results: You’ll be on top of financials, managing P&L, budgets, and expenses, and making sure the restaurant meets or exceeds sales targets and profitability goals.
• Maintaining brand standards: You’ll ensure that the restaurant maintains the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety—keeping Crazy Bowls & Wraps a place our guests love and trust.
• Building relationships: As the General Manager, you’ll represent Crazy Bowls & Wraps in the community, building strong guest relationships and fostering a welcoming, inclusive environment for everyone.
