Role Purpose: Two Key Purposes of this role: 1) Productive asset assisting Campus President in all manner of Strategic and Operational efforts and outcomes, 2) Develop skills and competencies for future Campus President role consideration within one to two years.
Key Elements: Rotational engagement in all Administrative and Academic areas as directed by the Campus President and COO. Business analysis, reporting, troubleshooting, and advising. Always focused on engagement for the purpose of professional development and knowledge of South College and Higher Education administrative acumen.
Target Candidate Qualifications: Must be fully open to relocation at any South College location. Master’s Degree. Internal leaders must have a sustained record of outstanding performance.
