Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical member of the Human Resource team and a strategic partner to agency and program leadership. With minimal guidance, the Talent Acquisition Specialist acts as the talent acquisition subject matter expert, supporting the talent acquisition needs of the agency and delivering on organizational objectives. They play a key role in identifying the best candidates, building proactive talent pipelines, promoting the organization's employer brand, and supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field and 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a health care setting.
