Job Description

The Health & Safety intern will assist in the various programs to promote “SAFE PRODUCTION”.

Throughout the internship experience, you will learn how to effectively assess workplace activities for regulatory compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, implement safety improvements and strive for continuous improvements.

Not all aspects of the job are covered; may require “other duties as assigned.”

Educational and Skill Qualifications

· Junior/Senior College Student

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

· Must be detail-oriented and demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
