What is primary need, technical challenge, and/or problem you will be responsible for?
This role will drive top-of-funnel sales activity via successful outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up. This is a unique opportunity for top performers looking to break into the lucrative world of Business to Business (B2B) technology sales.
· Follow-up on a substantial volume of inbound leads via phone, email, and social media to progress prospects into Dizzion’s sales funnel
· Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for Dizzion Account Executives
· Research contacts and generate interest through discovery calls and marketing campaigns
· Consistently achieve quota by hitting call, email, and meeting targets
· Use and maintain Salesforce.com to keep data accurate
What Other Skills Give Me an Advantage?
· Bachelor’s degree or related work experience
· 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales prospecting
· Ability to quickly position End-User Computing solutions to cold prospects
· Innate relationship-building skills, turn cold contacts into conversations
· Proficiency in common BDR tools, including but not exclusive to Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, and Gong.

Compensation
• $50,000 – $55,000 annually plus commission plan (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, and alignment of market data.)
