HB's Atlanta (Buckhead) office is seeking an Information Technology Enablement Associate to work as a member of our IT Team.  This candidate will:

  • Resolve Helpdesk tickets, including tech support, training, and enablement requests.
  • Create documentation pertaining to systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Create and present training content to fellow employees.
  • Assist with project management on projects such as system upgrades or software implementations.
  • Complete special projects as needed.
  • On the job training provided for the selected candidate in an environment that encourages collaboration, inclusivity, and hard work.

The ideal candidate is an individual who enjoys learning new software and systems to troubleshoot team member issues and equip them to use those tools more effectively by resolving support tickets, creating knowledge base articles, developing training materials, and by leading training sessions for team members. 

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent experience required.
  • At least two years' experience in an IT environment preferred.
  • Strong software skills including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Experience supporting CRM beneficial.
  • Ability to learn quickly and troubleshoot to identify and remediate issues.
  • Identify and create KB articles and training materials to enhance user effectiveness.
  • Establish systems and processes to enhance team member productivity and effectiveness.
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated learner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to details.

Ability to successfully pass criminal background / credit check required.
