Fleet Services Coordinator

Description

Position is responsible to support the Fleet Service operations at multiple customer locations to on board and maintain the fleet assets. This support includes all aspects and duties surrounding the efficient execution of Fleet Service agreements.

Requirements

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities, include the following, other duties may be assigned.

  • Collaborate with Fleet Sales Director and branches to develop fleet maintenance proposals
  • Set up the fleet maintenance profile in Wheeltime Fleet Services (WFS ) and Decisiv
  • Administer and coordinate the PM event scheduling for all fleets utilizing the reporting and tracking in WFS portal
  • Administer and coordinate with Senior management the implementation of captive shops

 EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • A BA/BS degree in business management or administration.
  • One to three years of experience working in a fleet maintenance administrative capacity.

  • Plans, organizes and completes tasks in defined time frames
