- Bachelor's, or Master's or other advance degrees in a relevant fields

- 5+ years of experience in consulting or significant professional experience to provide support as subject matter expert in your field of experience

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work on multiple projects

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

- Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English)
