We’re currently growing our team of Artisans with a Recruitment Coordinator. This is an opportunity to use your expertise to bring in the very best talent to join in our mission and serve our clients. The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the administrative hiring tasks while ensuring a delightful candidate experience that upholds the RTI brand promise.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Details and documents process and communications within the Applicant Tracking System, as well as provides clear and timely communication and status updates with hiring manager.
  • Schedules interviews and oversees facilitation of hiring and selection materials.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other Human Resources staff during the hiring process.
  • Identifies and helps lead initiatives that drive hiring efficiencies and improvements to our recruitment efforts.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist with other recruitment tasks and related projects, as needed.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field
  • At least one year of applicable administrative / HR experience 
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite of products

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships and display a servant’s heart.

· Strong interpersonal and relatability skills.

· Demonstrated ability to collaborate in working with multiple partners and key stakeholders.

· Must project poise and confidence.

· Keen sense of urgency with a proactive attitude.

· Knowledge or experience using an ATS or similar web-based tools, or ability to pick up technology quickly.


Working Conditions / Physical Demands


· This position is eligible for a hybrid remote work schedule. Time in the office is required three days a week, and may be required for some meetings / events.


Travel Requirements


· Only as needed to travel to off-site meetings or trainings. <5%
