Our quick-growing company is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative who is ready to make an impact and drive business while providing excellent customer service.

Outbound Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling on highly qualified B2B leads, fielding some inbound calls as well
- Continued follow-up with customers that are requesting quotes and information
- Converting web leads provided by the marketing team into sales
- Providing equipment knowledge and pricing to potential customers
- Delivering excellent customer service to our existing customer base
- Operating within our enterprise-level and proprietary systems to complete your job efficiently and effectively
- Weekend availability is required
- Experience in outside sales and/or B2B preferred but not required
- Highly motivated, self-starter who is also a team player
- Highly organized, displays time management skills
- Effectively communicate industry-specific knowledge
- Ability to control emotion during potentially high-stress situations
- Demonstrates the ability to listen effectively
- Ability to take feedback and constructive criticism
- Computer skills necessary
