Springbuk is looking for a proactive, positive, self-starter and team player with a love for onboarding new clients. The role of Implementation Project Manager requires strong client-facing and analytical skills to ensure successful implementations. We are looking for someone who is extremely organized, hardworking, an excellent communicator, and technically savvy. Our Implementation team needs someone who is cross-functionally inclined and will find great joy in working with Sales, Client Success, Product and Engineering teams as they work on the delivery of multiple projects while ensuring clients are successfully on-boarded to the Springbuk platform. Here’s what you will do:

  • Create new group implementation records in Salesforce
  • Draft new group onboarding documents and send for signature via DocuSign
  • Build and improve the onboarding process for all channel partners 
  • Be the primary point of support for assigned clients during the implementation lifecycle and ensure a smooth hand-off to Client Success post onboarding
  • Effectively communicate technical matters related to implementation to clients and internal partners
  • Create daily updates in Salesforce for clients and channel partners
  • Attend internal and client-facing calls to provide implementation status updates
  • Solve problems with creative solutions
  • Work daily with data vendors to obtain necessary information for all implementations
  • Have the ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Most importantly, find new and innovative ways to improve the implementation process for our clients and channel partners
Requirements

A successful candidate will have:

  • 2-4 years experience in Client Success, Account Management,Customer Onboarding or related field
  • Exceptional time and task management skills with a high degree of attention to detail especially during extreme volume periods
  • Commitment to improving and creating additional processes for the overall onboarding client experience
  • Excellent communication skills: writing, speaking, presenting and listening
  • Ability to work in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Passion for working as a team
  • Strong work ethic

Not required but a plus:

  • SaaS (Software as a Service) experience within a high-velocity business preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce software
  • Basic understanding of the healthcare and human resources space 
  • Four-year university/college degree

Here is how you will get ramped up for success:

After 30 days:

  • Have a basic understanding of the Springbuk platform and the data ingestion process
  • Basic understanding of legal paperwork and what is required to onboard new clients
  • Send follow-ups independently to both clients and our internal team
  • Independently provide updates to clients
  • Have an understanding of Salesforce and reporting
  • Be able to create new groups and users in the Springbuk platform

After 60 days:

  • Answer level 1 data questions to vendors and clients
  • Have a complete understanding of the data load process
  • Create an implementation plan for a new partner
  • Create custom reporting in Salesforce
  • Identify client issues and determine a resolution

After 90 days:

  • Suggest process improvement suggestions
  • Complete successful implementation for new group
  • Ability to complete day-to-day work independently
  • Complete level 1 issue resolution
