Novaspect, Inc., currently has an opportunity for a full time Technical Inside Sales and Operations Intern to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will perform various administrative functions including general support of our Final Control Operations Team. 

Technical Inside Sales and Operations Intern Essential Responsibilities:

• Prepare simple quotations and bid proposals. 
• Prepare and review documents, with emphasis on detail and accuracy.
• Awareness of software program relationships and the ability to work quickly between multiple programs.
• Support special projects for the Final Control Sales Operations Teams.
• Utilize business system and optimize as needed.
• Actively participate with team members to achieve company goals.
• General administrative duties and other duties as required.

 Technical Inside Sales and Operations Intern Education and Experience Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing a B.S. Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or equivalent Engineering degree, or Business degree with an interest in Technical Sales.
• Previous Customer Service Experience is a plus.
• Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
• High computer application literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems.  

Technical Inside Sales and Operations Intern Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30lbs (i.e., Workstation Monitors and Laptop Computers).
• Ability to work extended hours on a computer.

Technical Inside Sales and Operations Intern Schedule:

• 7:30am – 4:30pm or 8:00am – 5:00pm with one hour for lunch.
