Join our vibrant team as a Digital Content Creator and become a catalyst in amplifying our message and mission through compelling digital content. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing digital communication strategies that not only promote PIQE’s mission but also support our programmatic goals and enhance our public presence. As a creative and strategic thinker, you will harness the power of storytelling across multiple platforms, engaging our audience in meaningful and impactful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative content strategies to promote PIQE's mission and programs across various digital platforms including our website, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Create engaging, informative, and motivational content in various formats such as articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and adapt strategies as needed to maximize reach and impact.
  • Collaborate with program teams to highlight success stories and educational resources.
  • Ensure all content aligns with PIQE's brand voice, style, and mission.
  • Stay abreast of digital trends and technologies, suggesting new ideas to enhance our digital footprint.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content (written, video, social media).
  • Proficiency in CMS, graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite), and video editing software.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content marketing strategies, and web analytics.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and translate complex concepts into compelling content.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Passionate about education and making a difference in the community.
