We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Deposit Sales & Initiatives to lead our efforts in driving deposit growth and implementing initiatives to enhance our deposit products and services. The Director will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to attract new deposit customers, deepen existing relationships, and optimize deposit-related processes and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Deposit Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive deposit growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives, leveraging market insights, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Sales Leadership: Provide leadership and direction to the deposit sales team, including branch managers and relationship managers, to achieve sales targets, drive performance, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Product Development: Lead the development and enhancement of deposit products, services, and promotions to meet customer needs, differentiate Servbank in the market, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Marketing and Campaign Management: Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to attract new deposit customers and increase cross-selling opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing deposit customers, businesses, and community organizations to identify opportunities for deposit growth and address customer needs.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline deposit-related processes, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track sales performance, analyze trends, and prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in deposit sales, product management, treasury management, or related roles within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving deposit growth, achieving sales targets, and leading teams to deliver results.
  • Strong knowledge of deposit products, services, and industry trends, as well as regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience in project management, product development, and marketing campaign management is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
